ARK designed the Kangaroo BRA for you to wear under your ARK suit, but you can also use it separately when running. The ARK Aid is a pressure bandage in sealed and waterproof packaging.  At all the ÖTILLÖ races, a mandatory pressure bandage is required. Our pressure bandage is as small as possible to fit in a pocket during your swimrun.
