Shipping of your parcel
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS/FEDEX/DHL with tracking number and off without signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, because it induces additional charges. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include preparation and packing fees as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend you to combine all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Usually, delivery to an EU country takes approx. 2/3 days
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
